As a highly skilled and experienced exercise physiologist, Anna Campbell worked professionally between Newcastle and Sydney for a number of years, as both a practitioner and manager, before establishing HealtheCo.

After having her son and experiencing life as a new mum, Anna realised there was a gap in services available for fellow mothers living in the Hunter, particularly pre and post-natal.

Anna’s advice on nutrition and exercise physiology was regularly sought by her peers who, in turn, were achieving dramatic health improvements.

Empowering others to live their best life, is what drives Anna each day. This mission, along with Anna?s receptiveness and resourcefulness led her to develop HealtheCo. Today, pre and post-natal rehabilitation is still a core service offered by HealtheCo, but it has expanded its offerings to also include paediatric rehabilitation using Redcord, injury rehabilitation and chronic disease management (CDMP), health and workplace coaching. This expansion is a reflection of Anna?s natural ability to communicate with people by understanding their specific needs and developing customised treatment plans.

Dedicated to getting outstanding results for clients Anna has handpicked a team of talented industry experts to work with a varied client base. The HealtheCo team regularly undertake extensive research and is committed to developing collaborative partnerships with independent specialist equipment providers to identify cost effective and convenient methods of treatment with great outcomes.

HealtheCo practitioners have an in-depth understanding of the human body and how to promote optional functioning. Whilst the range of services offered by HealtheCo is diverse each member of the HealtheCo team is accredited and undertakes specialised training, enabling them to effectively deliver treatments in line with their qualifications. Underpinning their theoretical knowledge is a commitment to blending new and innovative techniques with traditional methods of rehabilitation, training and coaching.
